OKpilot news

Monday 1 April 2024

We are happy to say that the new version of OKpilot, online since 2022, is living up to your expectations. It has received a very high level of satisfaction from its users, and in the next few days will be enhanced by a number of new features.

The OKpilot satisfaction survey carried out in 2023 clearly demonstrated the satisfaction of the majority of users who responded to the survey, with a satisfaction score of 15/20. A few optimisation wishes were expressed which we wanted to take into account to continue improving the tool.

From 9 April 2024, you will be able to discover the improvements and enhancements that have been made:

  • Renamed functions: The names of some functions have been changed to make them easier to understand. For example, "Summary" becomes "Result > List" and "Chart" becomes "Result > Chart".
  • Choosing which checklist/report to use: The functionality has been optimised so that the "View and manage all states" choice appears first, leading directly to the full table of available checklists/states.
  • Evaluation response interface: The evaluation interface for each question now contains additional, easily identifiable buttons to facilitate data entry and access to the "Comments/justification", "Validation" and "Person in charge" options/information, depending on what the user wishes to enter.
The cursor for evaluating the relevance of the question asked has been repositioned to the bottom of the screen (configurable via checklist).
Other elements to make the tool flow more smoothly have been optimised, such as the buttons for switching from one question to another.
  • Distribution of responsibilities: In Result - List, it is now possible to sort questions/answers by the person in charge, to facilitate the distribution of tasks within an organisation.
  • User aids: In the blue horizontal banner at the top of the interface, a new icon in the shape of a question mark appears, giving direct access to the main aids for using the OKpilot tool and even the checklist currently being used (FAQ, explanatory text linked to the checklist or the question being used and, shortly, a user guide).
  • Document display. In the "Documents" function, the display of all available documents has been optimised so that they can be displayed with and without a tree structure.

Excellent use of these new elements!
